New additions to the sales, partnerships, and customer success departments
As Akkadian Labs continues to provide our customers and partners the absolute best user provisioning automation solutions for Microsoft and Cisco unified communications environments, we’re making some great new additions to our team.
Chief Revenue Officer
To start with, we’re very excited to welcome Bonnie Livingston into the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Bonnie will be transitioning into the role currently held by Kris Zimmerman, who announced her retirement effective December 31, 2021.
Bonnie, who lives outside of Philadelphia, has an extensive background in driving business success at Octel, Avaya and Cisco.
Global Partner Relationship Manager
We’re also excited to welcome to the team Glenn Quesenberry as Global Partner Relationship Manager! Glenn has over 30 years in the IT/Telecom industry and brings a wealth of knowledge of Cisco and the Cisco partner community.
He currently lives on 13+ acres of rural countryside near Hico, Texas with his wife Ruth and their dog Cisco, currently occupying their RV while building their house near the beautiful Central Texas Hill Country.
Customer Success Manager
The next addition we’re excited to announce is Customer Success Manager Melissa Ramseur!
Melissa has years of experience in similar roles in the software industry. She brings energy, a positive outlook, and a strong customer first focus to the organization. She has built and led teams in previous roles, and we look forward to her putting her ideas to work at Akkadian.
Business Development Manager
And last, but not least, we’re thrilled to welcome Kyle Gioielli as a Business Development Manager!
Kyle brings a wealth of experience in sales for the finance industry and is excited to learn about unified communications. His professionalism, drive, and sales proficiency will bring concrete value to Akkadian Labs and our customers.
